Customer service took a while, but very helpful
I had to wait till after the weekend for a reply, but once I got one, it was super helpful. And the tongue drum itself is absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful, but not ideal for tiny hands

Had to wait, but worth it
The wait felt endless (cause it was) but the moment I started playing, I was sold. Patience is a virtue!
Lovely, but a manual would’ve helped
The handpan itself is amazing, but as a beginner, I would’ve appreciated some guidance. Thankfully, YouTube came to the rescue!
Dreamy tones, but my cat isn’t convinced
I’m in love with the sound, but my cat looks at me suspiciously every time I play. Hopefully, he’ll get used to it!
Beautiful sound, but cold to the touch
This handpan sounds incredible, during the winter, the metal gets freezing cold. Gotta warm up my hands before I start playing!
Too well-packaged
The handpan itself is amazing, but the packaging was very difficult to open. I'd rather have it too secure than not secure enough, but still!
Perfect sound, but tricky to store
A stunning instrument, but I had to figure out a safe place to store it when I’m not playing.
Incredible sound, but play with care
If you hit the handpan too hard, the overtones can get a little bit “buzzy”. Then again, I’m not exactly the most gentle… maybe it’s just me!
Fingerprints everywhere
This instrument is absolutely gorgeous, but I’m constantly wiping it clean. That said, the sound is a solid 10/10!
Beautiful sound, but my bird hates it
I love this handpan, but my pet parrot gets agitated whenever I play. Sensitive ears, I guess?

A bit heavier than I hoped
Sounds amazing, but I wish it were a little lighter and easier to carry around. Maybe I should’ve gone for a mini Handpan instead!

I received my handpan at home in Southampton almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I fully understand the delivery times, especially as the instrument is made after the order is placed, as indicated on the site. However, I would have liked a little more updates on the status of the delivery.
As for the handpan, it is absolutely magnificent. It arrived well protected and has a very impressive sound. I also checked the notes with an app and everything is ok. You can order with your eyes closed!

Not perfect but good for the price! One of the notes is a bit off. But otherwise, it's a more than decent handpan for the price.
Superb sound
Excellent handpan. The notes are well tuned and the sound is really soothing. The only downside is that the carrying case could be a little sturdier.

Impeccable build quality and excellent sound quality. As soon as you hold the tongue drum in your hands, you immediately feel how robust the instrument is and that it will last for many years without any problems. I'd take away just one star for the delivery, which took 12 days, but otherwise I'm really pleased to have chosen this instrument!

Bigger than I expected
The sound is fantastic, but I didn’t realise it would take up so much space. Had to clear some extra space in my bedroom, but totally worth it!
