I'm not at all disappointed and I don't regret any of the money I spent on this sublime handpan. I've been using it every day for over two months now and there have been no problems whatsoever. The steel is robust and the notes are not out of tune.

This really is a genuine handpan manufacturer, and there's no comparison with the models available on Amazon. Customer service answered a lot of my professional questions, and told me that I could customise any scale (and not necessarily the D minor exclusively as shown on the product page). However, I decided to trust them and choose a normal D minor style. But that's enough to prove that this shop can meet our customisation needs. I think I'll be back soon to buy a second one. I've been interested in handpans for several months now and was planning to buy my own instrument. After a few days' reflection and having saved enough money, I decided to buy this handpan which will be useful in my profession. As a musicologist, I use instruments to solve my patients' issues. The handpan fits perfectly into this category and I can assure you that the effects on the body are quite simply mind-boggling.

I've had nothing but positive feedback from using my handpan, so much so that I'm planning to order another in a different scale.

Impeccable build quality and excellent sound quality. As soon as you hold the tongue drum in your hands, you immediately feel how robust the instrument is and that it will last for many years without any problems. I'd take away just one star for the delivery, which took 12 days, but otherwise I'm really pleased to have chosen this instrument!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the handpan and the efficiency of the customer service. I was looking for a handpan to take with me on my travels and to help me create an atmosphere conducive to meditation. I particularly liked the attention that was paid to me during our discussions with Theo. He was able to give me good advice and I decided to go for this Sandstorm design.

The price is quite high when you're on a tight budget like mine, but I saved up for several months in order to afford this little marvel. I have no regrets whatsoever and I'm convinced that this handpan will be with me for many years to come. (A little bonus is the bag, which is the exact size of the hang and makes it easy to carry).

What can I say?

First of all I was positively astonished to see that the prices on this shop are generally lower than those displayed by competitors. So I contacted customer service to be reassured about the quality of the handpans on sale here.

I received a quick response and was quite satisfied with the exchange I had with the customer manager. Knowing that I always had the option of returning the handpan if the quality wasn't as advertised, I decided to go for this emerald design.

I received my handpan about 18 days after placing my order, which was very good service and fast delivery. Now to the instrument itself:

First impressions: the handpan is heavy, which is a sign of quality, and the emerald colour looks surprisingly good. The accessories included in the package are very practical ( especially the protective cover and the tripod).

Personally, I don't use drumsticks for playing, but why not? Having the option of playing in the way that suits you best is a good idea that deserves to be highlighted.

I played drums when I was younger and I've also got 3 tongue drums, so I'm pretty used to playing percussion instruments, and the handpan fits into that category too.

The notes are correctly tuned and the instrument seems to be of very good quality, which surprises me all the more considering the relatively low price (everything is relative, of course).

It only took me a few seconds of playing to realise that this handpan is made by people who really know what they're doing. The pronounced sound, the tuning of the notes, the coherence of the instrument - everything is absolutely perfect!

The music made possible by this handpan will allow you to travel and free your mind without a doubt. I now use it almost every day and often carry it with me. I love introducing people to the unique sound of my handpan and their reaction is often more than positive. I've even recommended this shop to several of my friends because I was so positively surprised by my experience.

To sum up, I can only recommend this shop, it's definitely a 5/5 for me!

To be completely honest, I've never been much of a musical person. That's what I thought before I used my handpan for the first time. I had a lot of misgivings before I got my instrument. Doubts that were quickly dispelled after hearing the first notes. If you think you don't have the skills to use this instrument, let me tell you that you're on the wrong track. All you have to do is let go and let your hands roam freely over the instrument.

I really love my handpan and I'm starting to think about getting a second one in a different key to vary the styles.

In short, I sincerely recommend this shop, very good price for a quality instrument.
