I contacted customer service and explained my expectations and needs. After a few exchanges, I finally decided on this design and I have absolutely no regrets.
The notes are powerful and you can feel that this is a truly professional instrument. I particularly like the fact that the accessories are included, which is a big plus in my book.

I've been interested in handpans for several years now, without ever taking the plunge. When I came across this design, I fell in love with it. More affordable than most of the models available in the music shops I've been to, I decided to give myself a little present with Christmas just around the corner.
The handpan is large and rather heavy. I first played with the sticks, trying to get used to the different notes in front of me.
I searched YouTube for more advice and David Charrier's videos helped me consolidate my foundations.
Tip for all beginners:
1- don't leave your fingers on the notes, tap gently and remove your fingers quickly so that the note can sound properly
2- the handpan is an instrument that's played by feel, so don't hesitate to close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the sounds.

The handpan arrived quickly and the support team managed to meet all my expectations. I am very happy with the hang and its tone. The instrument seems to be of excellent quality and I think it will last for a long time. The protective bag provided is particularly useful and allows me to take my handpan with me when I want to play it outside. I have been busking in England and in Europe for a long time and I intend to take my handpan with me on my next trips.

I was amazed at the quality of the hang drum, especially considering the retail price (which is almost 2 times lower than some models available on the internet). The quality has nothing to envy to so-called "top of the range" models.
The notes sound just right and the tuning is exactly as advertised on the site (I checked using a music application). I've also read that handpans can be used to help people with attention deficit disorder. I'm planning to use it with my grandson so that he can enjoy all its benefits.
I'll post another review in a few months/weeks to get fuller feedback on the effectiveness and durability of the product.

This handpan is magnificent and arrived well protected. The instrument is big enough and the materials used give full confidence in the quality of the instrument. You can tell at a glance that this handpan is made by professionals, unlike some poor quality instruments I've seen on amazon.
I'm not at all disappointed and I don't regret any of the money I spent on this sublime handpan. I've been using it every day for over two months now and there have been no problems whatsoever. The steel is robust and the notes are not out of tune.

As a musician, I try to make sure that every instrument I buy is built to a high standard. Handpans are notoriously expensive, often costing in excess of £1,500. I wasn't prepared to spend that much on a handpan, but on the other hand I wanted to make sure I didn't buy an instrument that wouldn't perform well.
This handpan sounds great and feels very durable. For this price range, I can't think of many other instruments that could offer the same quality and robustness. The handpan also comes with a well-fitting bag, so I can take it with me when I travel for camping or music festivals.
A ton of fun when I play this handpan, a really soothing and peaceful sound. It doesn't take long to learn the basics, but I feel I can learn a lot more with this instrument.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the handpan and the efficiency of the customer service. I was looking for a handpan to take with me on my travels and to help me create an atmosphere conducive to meditation. I particularly liked the attention that was paid to me during our discussions with Theo. He was able to give me good advice and I decided to go for this Sandstorm design.
The price is quite high when you're on a tight budget like mine, but I saved up for several months in order to afford this little marvel. I have no regrets whatsoever and I'm convinced that this handpan will be with me for many years to come. (A little bonus is the bag, which is the exact size of the hang and makes it easy to carry).

I would recommend not leaving your handpan in direct sunlight as the metal can heat up and this will have a direct impact on the notes on the instrument.

I opted for the 432Hz frequency based on the advice I received from customer service. I'm very satisfied with the handpan and I'd also like to thank the whole team for listening to me and helping me to make the right choice. I use this handpan for meditation, both for myself and for my students, and I get nothing but positive feedback at every session. I can't recommend this instrument highly enough and I must also mention the excellent after-sales service, which is both understanding and very responsive.

Customer service answered a lot of my professional questions, and told me that I could customise any scale (and not necessarily the D minor exclusively as shown on the product page). However, I decided to trust them and choose a normal D minor style. But that's enough to prove that this shop can meet our customisation needs. I think I'll be back soon to buy a second one. Not having had the opportunity to take music lessons or hire a private teacher in my youth, I loved the autonomous aspect of the handpan. You'll be able to play soft, relaxing music from the very first sessions, and progress is very easy to measure.
I'd recommend this model for anyone who wants to start out at their own pace, without rushing and enjoying every sound of this magical instrument!

I had the idea of acquiring a handpan so that all my patients could benefit from it. I practise reflexology as well as treatment using vibrations and music. I've had nothing but rave reviews about this handpan and I'm delighted. The notes are magnificent and the instrument's sustain is particularly long, which makes it even softer on the ear. It fills up the space around you and gives you new emotions and sensations.
I highly recommend this model of handpan and I think I'll be tempted by a new one in the next few weeks.

After seeing a YouTube video promoting handpans, I fell in love with this instrument with its distinctive sound. I was looking for a quality handpan because I intend to use it with my patients (I'm a reflexologist in Bristol). It's true that this handpan requires a certain amount of money, which isn't available to everyone, but if you're looking for a handpan that will last for many years, I think you'll be hard pressed to find anything better. Customer service is very responsive and attentive, and I often recommend this shop to people who ask me where I got my handpan.

After a few months of saving, I was able to buy this handpan and I'm glad I did. Having some experience with percussion instruments, I thought it would be super easy for me to play, but I was wrong. It takes time to learn the right technique and understand the notes you're playing.
The handpan is in D minor (but there are other possibilities), which is a popular scale. However, playing a pentatonic scale is easier for beginners, because all the note combinations have to sound right. I used a tuning application to make sure that all 10 notes were correct, which they are.
I'm still struggling to integrate B flat into my playing. The surface of the handpan is gradually changing colour (oxidation process?) and becoming a little darker and bluer, which doesn't bother me. I use a wax from time to time. All in all, it's an excellent product!

I've been playing handpans for over 3 years, so I'm no beginner. I have to say that these handpans are excellent. There are no dead notes. The octaves and fifths are well placed, they can be improved but it's really good. The ding could be lower but it sounds nice and deep.

As for the handpan, it is absolutely magnificent. It arrived well protected and has a very impressive sound. I also checked the notes with an app and everything is ok. You can order with your eyes closed!

After unpacking the parcel, I finally had the instrument I'd been dreaming of for several months. As soon as I picked it up, I could tell that it was an extraordinary musical instrument. The design is very successful and the notes are long and deep, with very powerful resonances. Even though I'm still in the learning phase, I find it quite easy to learn how to play your first melodies properly. I can't wait to see how far I can progress with the handpan =)

Since the Covid crisis, I've decided to take an interest in different ways of achieving well-being. I'm a big fan of meditation and yoga, and discovered the handpan at a workshop on relaxation. I was so taken by the sound of this instrument that I decided to buy a handpan so that I could share it with my family.
This handpan is great for beginners, the 10 notes are more than enough and the main advantage is that you don't need any musical training or a private teacher. I like the autonomy that the handpan requires. All you have to do is let your hands roam freely over the instrument to produce music based on your emotions at the time.
I'm off on a trip to India soon and my handpan will be following me on this adventure.

I received a quick response and was quite satisfied with the exchange I had with the customer manager. Knowing that I always had the option of returning the handpan if the quality wasn't as advertised, I decided to go for this emerald design.
I received my handpan about 18 days after placing my order, which was very good service and fast delivery. Now to the instrument itself:
First impressions: the handpan is heavy, which is a sign of quality, and the emerald colour looks surprisingly good. The accessories included in the package are very practical ( especially the protective cover and the tripod).
Personally, I don't use drumsticks for playing, but why not? Having the option of playing in the way that suits you best is a good idea that deserves to be highlighted.
I played drums when I was younger and I've also got 3 tongue drums, so I'm pretty used to playing percussion instruments, and the handpan fits into that category too.
The notes are correctly tuned and the instrument seems to be of very good quality, which surprises me all the more considering the relatively low price (everything is relative, of course).

It's hard to find a better deal either on the internet or in specialist shops. You can also find handpans at garage sales or special auctions, but the designs on offer there often have a few out-of-tune notes. Be careful, and check all the notes if necessary.

It's hard to believe that this handpan costs less than £1000. From all the advice I'd seen on YouTube (among others) I'd given up on the idea of getting a handpan for under £2000. What a surprise when I discovered this shop. Sceptical at first, my doubts were quickly dispelled when I received my order. The handpan sounds perfect and I enjoy each of my playing sessions.
